Job Description Overview
This is a 25-30 hour per week position with no benefits. However, a half-time option with pro-rated benefits is also available.
The key responsibilities of this role include working as a Child Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in a school setting. Your main duties will involve assessing students' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and providing individualized care.
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of child development and psychopathology is also essential.
Our ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, with a focus on psychiatric nursing. Additionally, they should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The candidate should also be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) and have any required certifications for this position.
