Position Summary:

We are in search of a skilled Fulfillment Lead to oversee our warehouse operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide warehouse personnel in daily operations.
  • Assess, manage, and report on warehouse efficiency and productivity.
  • Order supplies and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Train both permanent and temporary warehouse staff on company policies and operational procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy in orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and report relevant operational information.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold basic maintenance standards.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the warehouse.
  • Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Branch Operations Manager.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certification to operate powered equipment safely.
  • Ability to work safely at elevated heights.
  • Capability to lift 50 lbs or more and remain on feet for extended periods.
  • Proficient in operating a scale.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Basic computer skills are required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential.
