Mentra is seeking a skilled Penetration Tester to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential security risks to our systems and data.

• Threat Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of internal and external threats to our information systems, predicting future threat behavior and identifying potential vulnerabilities.
• Security Testing: Perform assessments of our security controls, technologies, and applications, incorporating threat actors' tactics, techniques, and procedures into our testing methodologies.
• System Evaluation: Evaluate the security, effectiveness, and practicality of multiple technology systems, providing detailed technical information and recommendations for improvement.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present detailed technical reports and notifications to stakeholders, providing clear and practical advice regarding managed risks.
• Mentorship and Development: Mentor junior assessors in technical tradecraft and soft skills, promoting the development of advanced technical and leadership skills within the team.
