Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Charlotte, NC. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Pediatrics department, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care to children and families
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

  • Hold a current valid North Carolina nursing license
  • Have at least one year of relevant experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
