**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to our clients, evaluating their IT environments, and implementing solutions to improve their technology infrastructure.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Evaluate IT Environments**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' IT environments to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• **Troubleshoot Network and Server Issues**: Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
• **Provide Network and Server Maintenance Support**: Offer proactive maintenance support to clients, ensuring their technology infrastructure is running smoothly and efficiently.
• **Deploy and Set Up Servers, Networks, Firewalls, and Switches**: Design and implement secure and efficient network and server infrastructure for our clients.
• **Answer Client Requests**: Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• **Complete Ticketed Support Items**: Prioritize and complete ticketed support items in a timely and efficient manner.
• **Provide Support to Junior-Level Admins**: Mentor and support junior-level administrators to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

**Requirements**

• **Minimum 7 Years of Experience**: We're looking for a seasoned IT professional with at least 7 years of experience in system administration.
• **Strong Technical Skills**: You should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft products, servers, workstations, Office 365, and MS Hypervisor.
• **Excellent Communication Skills**: You should be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients in a clear and concise manner.
• **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is required for this role.
• **Exceptional Customer Service Orientation**: You should have a strong customer service orientation and be able to provide exceptional support to our clients.
