Quality Assurance Specialist with Statistical Expertise

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses. This role will collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and executed.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creating inspection procedures and assisting in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions.
- Analyzing quality performance for factory operations and collaborating with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas.
- Serving as primary customer Quality interface, conducting business briefings as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
PREFERRED SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, and/or simulation tools like Arena, CAD, and/or AutoCAD.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $54,000 - $100,000 per annum, along with various benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and company-paid holidays.
