Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Quik Serv. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring that our products are assembled to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Production: Connect parts together to assemble products per instructions, adhering to company standards and quality control procedures.
  • Job Function Flexibility: Learn other job functions such as deburring and finishing, and serve as a backup when necessary to ensure seamless production.
  • Support Functions: Assist with boxing and crating products, participate in daily and scheduled cleaning duties, and maintain productivity per company standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Attend daily department meetings, follow and support all company safety initiatives, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience and Education: 2-3 years of assembly experience and/or education, with a strong background in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing on ladders.
