Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech/Lang Pathologist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. This position will involve evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and/or swallowing disorders and delays.

This role will be working closely with our Head and Neck cancer program, utilizing expertise in speech-language pathology to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and Washington State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive, auditory, and/or swallowing disorders and delays.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

The selected candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong clinical judgment.
