Job Summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a skilled CT / X-ray Technologist to join our team. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for conducting scans, preparing patients for diagnostic procedures, and ensuring the operation of radiology and computerized tomography equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scans and prepare patients for diagnostic procedures
Ensure the operation of radiology and computerized tomography equipment
Maintain radiology and CT supply inventory
Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and continuing education workshops

Requirements

Associate degree in radiologic technology
Completion of CT technology certificate program
1+ years of experience as a CT Technician
South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association Licensure
ARRT Certification

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, and frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms, squat and stoop.
