ABA Therapist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Rising Above ABA. As an ABA Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum diagnoses in in-home based settings. Your expertise and compassion will help individuals rise above challenges and achieve meaningful outcomes.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring 15-25 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, during day shifts or after-school hours. You will be working closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to provide tailored support and training. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to engage clients will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver ABA therapy sessions to enhance communication, self-help, social, and play skills
* Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and colleagues
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Track client progress and adjust strategies as needed
* Maintain strict confidentiality of client information
* Travel to clients' homes and community settings as required

Requirements:
* High school diploma required; previous experience in ABA therapy preferred
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds
* Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license
