Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to work in a fast-paced medical setting. As a Travel Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality images
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field
  • Experience working in a medical imaging setting, preferably in a travel or per diem capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
