As a Delivery Helper at U.S. LBM, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery and unloading of drywall and building material supplies to job sites. This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as you will be working closely with truck drivers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and Unload Materials: Safely transport and unload drywall and building material supplies from a boom lift to each job site location.
  • Assist Truck Driver: Perform tasks related to loading and unloading of products and materials, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Stack Products and Materials: Organize and stack products and materials on customer premises, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collect Payment or Obtain Receipt: Collect payment or obtain receipt for goods delivered, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with truck drivers, customers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy materials and equipment, as well as work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
