About the Role

Serenity Healthcare, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Compassionate Patient Care: Deliver the highest level of patient care through empathy, understanding, and compassion.
  • Gather and Verify Patient Information: Collect, review, and verify all relevant patient information to ensure accurate care.
  • Communicate with Healthcare Providers: Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Educate Patients on Treatment Options: Inform patients about the treatment options available at Serenity Healthcare, LLC.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer-Based Information Systems Experience: Have previous experience working with computer-based information systems.
  • Multitasking and Resilience: Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain resilience in challenging situations.
  • Customer Service Experience: Possess at least 2 years of experience in a full-time customer service role.
