Key Responsibilities:- Design and manage individualized behavior programming for clients
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
- Conduct behavior assessments and develop treatment goals and objectives
- Collaborate with other professionals on the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
