Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN to fill a Medical Surgical position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acute care nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical Surgical setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations, to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in Medical Surgical nursing.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of recent experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current nursing license per the state of assignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
