About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Home Care Assistant to join our team at Beckey Healthcare LLC. As a key member of our Home Care Services, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with disabilities.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a healthcare setting. Certification as a Direct Support Professional is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress and report any changes or concerns on a daily basis.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
