Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per yearJob Description:

The RN Navigator functions as a patient advocate, educator, and counselor, ensuring assigned patients receive quality and comprehensive services. They coordinate patient care throughout the continuum, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and serve as a clinical resource with expertise in the area of specialty.

  • This role involves providing expert nursing care, including direct clinical practice, consultation, education, and research.
  • Demonstrates ability to act as a mentor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • 3 years of recent nursing experience in the area specialty.
  • RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree required.
