Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at the Red Clay Consolidated School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying students with communication disorders and providing individualized services to support their educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess students to identify potential communication deficits and develop individualized plans to address their needs
  • Provide speech and language services to students with a range of abilities and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student learning and development
  • Develop and implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • State certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with students with autism and other disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
