About Your Role:
  1. Provide exceptional post-acute care services to residents
  2. Monitor residents' physical and mental well-being, track their vital signs, and identify any potential concerns

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least six months of experience working as an LPN or in a related field
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds safely
