We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gymnastics Coach & After School Teacher to join our team at New York Kids Club & NY Preschool. As a Gymnastics Coach & After School Teacher, you will be responsible for leading gymnastics classes and after-school programs for children aged 2-6 years.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging gymnastics classes and after-school programs that promote physical activity, socialization, and cognitive development.
- Ensure the health and safety of students at all times through adherence to our daily protocols.
- Teach gymnastics skills and techniques in a warm and non-competitive environment.
- Support students in their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through play-based learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers through daily updates and progress reports.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-2 years of experience leading specialty enrichment classes, camp, or children's events for children aged 2-6 years.
- 2-5 years of teaching gymnastics to students.
- Passionate about creating magical memories that last a lifetime.
- Well-spoken and comfortable speaking with parents and caregivers.
- Lifelong learner.
- Availability 1:00pm-6:00pm Monday through Friday.

The pay rate for this role is $25.00/hour for Gymnastics classes and $20.00/hour with the potential to grow to $22.00/hour for all other classes.
The role involves standing, walking, sitting, constant movement, and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and adjustment of focus.
