This role necessitates travel, which may involve overnight stays, site visits, and office trailer engagements.

Approximately 90% of the work will be conducted in the field, with the remaining 10% in an office setting.

Work Environment:

Travel Expectations:
This position requires weekly travel, with overnight stays determined by project locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of Project Coordination Specialists to ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently for the division.

- Assist the department with timekeeping, materials management, daily reporting, scheduling, cost monitoring, change-order tracking, vendor and subcontractor oversight, client invoicing, and payment processing.

- Support the project team in preparing bid documentation and assist in bid review preparations.

- Maintain work standards by adhering to productivity, quality, and customer service benchmarks, while resolving operational challenges and identifying process improvements as needed.

- Help achieve cost efficiency by monitoring expenditures and implementing cost-saving measures.

- Enhance job knowledge by engaging in fieldwork, participating in training opportunities, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the division.


- Contribute to the department's and organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job outcomes.

Additional related duties and projects may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.

- 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination role or a related field.

- Strong communication skills.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

- Effective time management and project management skills.

- Willingness to travel to job sites as required.

- Valid driver's license is necessary for travel.

- Ability to work extended hours when business needs arise.

- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:
Sedentary Work:

Involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time, with walking and standing required only occasionally, provided all other sedentary criteria are met.


Compensation: $35.00 /Hourly *Depending on Experience
