We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Flossmoor. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and achieve optimal physical function.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct physical therapy sessions to help patients improve mobility, strength, and flexibility.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of Illinois.
- Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
