Job Overview

Midwest Logistics Systems is seeking a dedicated truck driver to join our team. As a dedicated driver, you will have a predictable daily home time work schedule, driving the same out-and-back route and working with the same customers every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive dry van trailers with newer day cabs, hauling automotive parts with no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
  • Work with onsite leaders and dispatch to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
  • Meet safety and performance standards to qualify for bonuses and incentives.
Benefits and Incentives
  • Competitive weekly pay, with route and detention pay opportunities.
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers.
  • Safety and performance bonuses of up to $600 per quarter.
  • Longevity bonus of up to $750 per quarter.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan with company match.
  • Ten paid holidays and paid time off, plus company-provided uniforms.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
  • Live within 30 miles of Greensburg, IN.
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience.
