Role Overview:
As a vital member of our nursing team, you will provide direct nursing care in alignment with the established policies and procedures of Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare and the Texas Board of Nursing. Collaborating with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, you will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and coordinate treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN required.
- Basic English literacy with the ability to transcribe physician's orders.
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
- Preferred experience as an RN in Critical Care or 1-2 years in Med-Surg or Telemetry.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency are necessary.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Physical capability to assist in moving patients over 100 pounds.
