We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a member of our Advanced Development Programs Mission Control Systems Software (MCS) Team, you will be responsible for developing command and control (C2) ground and mission control software for various autonomous air vehicle platforms.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop software for C2 systems using modern technical principles, theories, and concepts
* Collaborate with a high-performing multi-site, multi-program team
* Ensure effective communication skills as frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions are required
* Travel occasionally for team interaction, integration, and test activities is necessary

Requirements
* Experience with C, C++, or Lua programming languages
* Familiarity with Windows or Linux development environments
* Willingness to travel up to 10%
* Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
