Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Decision Unit team. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the ED team to ensure seamless transitions of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse license in Texas or Compact State license.
- Associate Degree, Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
- 1-2 years of ED Holding or Emergency Services/Urgent Care experience preferred.
