Proficiency in handling specialized equipment such as IABP, Swan Ganz, Epicardial Pacing Wire, A-lines, phlebotomy, PICC Lines, Chest Tubes, Vents, Tele, and IV Start is also required.
As an Intensive Care Nurse with Cynet Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. The position involves floating between multiple locations based on census and unit requirements, which may include emergency department inpatient overflow. You will receive a 4-week schedule two weeks in advance, with no blocked or self-scheduling allowed.
A 12-hour orientation and module completion are mandatory for successful candidates, which are non-billable hours. COVID-19 and Flu vaccines are required, with only medical or religious exemptions considered. We also require two manager references and compliance with our return staff policy, which includes a one-year interval before returning as a traveler.
