Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Respiratory Therapist, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex respiratory issues.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, administer respiratory therapies, and monitor patient progress to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and promote a culture of excellence within the healthcare organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a critical care setting.
  • Current licensure and certification as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and maintain a high level of energy and focus during extended work periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
