We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical therapeutic services to patients in an acute care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide and/or coordinate the delivery of therapeutic services to patients, including individual, group, and family therapy.
- Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Enter authorizations into Profiler and follow up on appeals in a timely manner.
- Serve as the voice of treatment and coordinate discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
- A stable and supportive work environment with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development through CEU and continued education credits.
- A competitive salary range of $54,000 - $61,560 per year, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for external applicants.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
- At least one year of relevant experience working with children and adolescents in a residential setting.
- Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs, including Microsoft Office.
