Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the Meat Seafood department team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of department operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members to achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment, with temperatures ranging from 34°F to 40°F.
  • Ability to use computers, scanners, and other equipment to perform job duties.
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
