Job Title: Employee Parts Department

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Employee Parts Department. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell parts and accessories to business customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure the stocking, procurement, storage, and retrieval of parts, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing stockouts.
  • Order Management: Monitor and follow up on orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Parts Supply: Ensure timely parts supply to the workshop, maintaining a high level of service and quality.
  • Cost Estimation and Invoicing: Create cost estimates and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Support: Provide customer support based on their needs, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Logistics and Maintenance: Maintain a clean appearance of the logistics area and ensure a visually appealing presentation of goods in the shop, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Performance Metrics: Support in achieving qualitative and quantitative targets in the parts logistics department, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed training in a commercial/technical field.
  • Experience: Relevant work experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of vehicle and parts technology, as well as a strong passion for automobiles and the automotive industry.
