Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to clients in Calvert County.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to work with our multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough evaluations to assess and diagnose clients' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address clients' speech and language goals.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions, including speech and language therapy, to clients in their homes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document client progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Maryland.
  • Equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for certification.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
