Milieu Specialist II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Milieu Specialist II to join our team at Eliot Community Human Services. As a key member of our Social Services Division, you will work with latency age children and their families to provide a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily activities and ensure compliance with program policies and procedures.
- Lead staff and provide supervision to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans.
- Develop and implement Individual Action and Crisis Prevention Plans.
- Participate in intakes, supervision, and training as required.
- Transport youth to activities, appointments, and visits.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma and at least two years of experience working with the population.
- Ability to adhere to a trauma-informed care model and implement crisis prevention interventions.
- Sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, staff, and families.
