Join Our Team as a Waxing Specialist at European Wax Center

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waxing Specialist at European Wax Center. As a Waxing Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and quality of service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide and maintain an exceptional customer service experience, sales, and quality of service.
  • Identify guests' needs and recommend skincare, frequency, and packages based on those needs.
  • Develop and foster an inspiring culture where customers love coming to get waxed while exceeding their expectations.
  • Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
  • Required license: Cosmetology or Esthetics.
  • Sales experience preferred in a pay for performance compensation structure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
