Work Shift: Night (United States of America)
The Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in fostering a supportive and empathetic atmosphere for patients, families, and colleagues through acts of kindness and attentive listening. This position acknowledges the significance of each team member's contributions to the overall success of the organization's mission.
Hourly Range: $35.69
The responsibilities include:
- Executing physician directives, administering medications, initiating IVs, conducting treatments, procedures, and specialized tests, while documenting care in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Ordering, interpreting, and assessing diagnostic tests to evaluate patient conditions.
- Assessing and monitoring patient needs and responses to the care provided.
- Utilizing sound nursing judgment in managing patient care decisions.
- Delivering primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Administering over-the-counter and prescribed medications as directed.
- Collaborating with the nursing team to develop comprehensive care plans for all patients.
- Supervising and guiding ancillary staff while upholding professional nursing standards.
