About the Role

FusionTech is seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a Data Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the analytic needs of our international clients by analyzing their web traffic and other data sources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Web Traffic Analysis: Analyze web traffic data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Dashboards and Reporting: Create holistic dashboards from various data sources to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • A/B Testing and MVT: Plan, manage, execute, and analyze A/B tests and MVT to optimize business outcomes.
  • Data Quality and Improvement: Improve data collection and reporting based on the outcomes of analyses to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Degree in quantitative methods (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.) or at least 3 years of recent hands-on experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with web analytics tools such as Omniture/Adobe SiteCatalyst, proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, passion for work and new technologies with attention to detail, fluent written and oral communication skills in English and German.
