Job DetailsResponsibilities

The successful candidate will perform a variety of CAT scan and MRI procedures, requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative. They will produce and evaluate CT/MRI images for technical quality, properly identify images and patients, and effectively use judgment for protocols and procedures.

The technologist will adhere to St. Francis Hospital and departmental policies and procedures, as well as JCAHO/ regulatory agency requirements. They will demonstrate and promote service excellence at all times.

Requirements

NYS radiographer's license is required, along with registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology. Knowledge and working experience in Computerized Axid Tomography & MRI are also necessary.
