Pool Instructor Coordinator

Salary: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Job Description: As a Pool Instructor Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing swim instruction to students of all ages and skill levels. You will create a safe and engaging learning environment, while also enforcing safety rules and regulations. Your role will involve interacting with parents/guardians, reporting incidents, and maintaining the pool area.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and two or more years of experience as a swimming instructor are required. You must also hold Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification.
