We are seeking Full/Part Time Caregivers for Assisted Living & Memory Care

Position Overview

As a Caregiver at Belmont Village, you will deliver essential personal support to a community of seniors residing in our expansive Assisted Living and Memory Care facility. This role is perfect for individuals who are reliable, attentive to detail, compassionate, and enjoy engaging with older adults on a personal level.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing personal assistance with daily living activities to a designated group of senior residents within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
  • Promoting social interaction and encouraging participation in community events while ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
  • Documenting care and services provided daily, adhering to personalized service plans, and communicating any changes in care needs to your supervisor.
  • Maintaining care, safety, and cleanliness standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Offering hands-on assistance with hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English.
  • Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training in care provision.
  • Ability to adhere to the defined schedule for this role, which may include weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

  • A minimum of one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing environment.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions while collaborating with a team to achieve common goals.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Observant, reliable, adaptable, and respectful in all interactions.
