Position Overview: We are on the lookout for skilled professionals to join our SAP division. The ideal candidate will oversee SAP applications, provide training, and advocate for best practices among SAP Power Users. Working closely with our Finance department on commission structures, product configurations, and pricing strategies will also be an essential aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will assist in the introduction of innovative SAP applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement adjustments and promotions for product pricing.
  • Manage and sustain SAP reporting systems.
  • Administer royalties and rebates with appropriate documentation.
  • Conduct updates for sales territories and customer master data.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to manage and maintain commission tables.
  • Oversee commission processing tasks.
  • Manage customer account operations within Salesforce.
  • Execute SAP Power User responsibilities and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Act as a primary resource and support contact for employees.
  • Identify and suggest opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of business procedures.
  • Develop and maintain applications for CR programming.
  • Stay updated on SAP workflows and processes.
  • Create accounts for SAP Business Intelligence.
  • Provide training and support for SAP applications.
