Leasing Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Icon Marina Village in West Palm Beach. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective tenants, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview prospective tenants and provide them with information about our properties and services.
• Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain the features and amenities of our properties.
• Process lease applications, collect security deposits, and ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Inspect properties and make arrangements for maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Compile lists of available rental units and identify potential prospects.
• Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including responding to inquiries and providing updates to applicants.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
