We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, and integrations. Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) within ServiceNow is essential.

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, business rules, and integrations.
• Responsible for all things ITAM, including workflow configuration, forms, and integrations.
• Serve as Technical Consultant for all ITAM configurations.
• Work with customers to gather, refine, and scope out ITAM requirements.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum environments and contribute to the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and development methods.
• Strong knowledge of ITAM capabilities, configurations, and best practices within ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow Product Catalogs, Order guides, and Product Configurator.
• Strong JavaScript skills as it relates to ServiceNow.
• Ability to research and independently learn new technical information to perform configuration, operation, or network connectivity of applications, operating systems, and network devices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) a plus.
