Job Summary

As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage services to guests, utilizing various techniques and modalities to promote relaxation and well-being. You will also be responsible for assessing guest needs, inquiring about contraindications, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products
  • Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
  • Arrange workstation, treatment room, and/or drapes
  • Check with guests to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services, including retail offerings
  • Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstation and/or treatment room throughout shift
  • Monitor and stick to time schedule throughout the day
  • Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott International standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • State or Regional Massage License
  • At least 1-year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
  • Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight
