Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist in our Home Health Care Division, you will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions in patients' homes. This position covers Macomb County, including areas such as Ray, Ira, Armada, Bruce, New Haven, Richmond, and others. The coverage area may change due to patient and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to relieve pain and restore physical functions to rehabilitative clients.
- Work under the general supervision of the therapy supervisor to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions in patients' homes, using various treatment modalities such as heat, water, and exercise.
- Collaborate with clients and physicians to ensure effective treatment and communication.
- Meet the requirements for current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
- Accredited Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Michigan.
- Must possess a current State of Michigan driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
- High level of interpersonal skill to effectively interface with clients and physicians.
- Reliable transportation and a telephone.
