We are seeking a highly skilled Metrology Supervisor to join our team at CSL Behring. As a Metrology Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products. You will be responsible for leading and supporting site core processes, managing and coaching Metrology Technicians, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coaching
    • Provide leadership and guidance to Metrology Technicians to ensure on-time completion of calibration activities.
    • Coach and develop Metrology Technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement
    • Collaborate with Metrology Manager and Metrology Engineers to identify areas of opportunities for process improvement.
    • Develop and implement continuous improvement actions related to metrology processes.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Ensure compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
    • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to investigate and resolve any quality-related issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Metrology Manager, Metrology Engineers, and Quality Assurance.
    • Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
    • Associate's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in metrology or related field.
  • Experience
    • 2+ years of experience in metrology or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in metrology or related field with Associate's Degree.
  • Skills
    • Proficient knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs.
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement process improvements.
