About the Role
The Registered Nurse II/RSL provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at the competent level using principles and practices of the nursing process. This role delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired outcomes. As assigned, this position provides department/shift leadership in RSL role.

This position requires strong communication skills, as you'll work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred or RN licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or compact state, along with current Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association recognized equivalent.
- Minimum one year of work experience as a registered nurse, preferably in an acute care setting.
