Key Responsibilities:
  • Transactional Expertise: Exhibit advanced skills in managing a variety of commercial real estate transactions, particularly focusing on large loan financing, including the drafting and negotiation of loan documents, purchase agreements, and related contracts.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on large loan financing and title work.

Strong understanding of real estate financing mechanisms, including debt and equity structures.
