Job Title: 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Manager to join our Supply Chain Solutions division in Ladson, SC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and ensuring the attainment of daily operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
  • Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non-exempt employees
  • Manage day-to-day planning and scheduling
  • Health and Safety Management
  • State/Local/Federal regulations compliance
Requirements:
  • H.S. diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
  • Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
  • One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
