We are seeking a meticulous and accountable Financial Operations Manager to collaborate closely with our financial leadership.
This role is pivotal in maintaining the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial data while providing direction and support to the finance team.
The Financial Operations Manager will oversee all facets of financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise general financial functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, cash applications, collections, payroll, and tax obligations; identify discrepancies and reconcile accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate financial processing, month-end closing, cash management reporting, and coordinate the preparation of schedules and reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
Review payroll taxes and guarantee timely payments of payroll and corporate taxes.Oversee the preparation and timely submission of State Sales & Use Taxes.
Prepare and conduct initial reviews of all weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, bank statements, and various detailed analysis reports.
Maintain accounting records, assess and manage risks while ensuring the accuracy of financial information.Assist financial managers with budgeting processes.
Evaluate current practices and procedures, providing recommendations for enhancements.
Support the development of control systems within the organization and implement internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for all financial functions.
Ensure strict adherence to company and regulatory standards.Utilize various software programs for account management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, MBA) are advantageous.
Prior experience in a financial management role or similar capacity.
Minimum of 5 years in accounting leadership positions.
Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving results.
Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other financial systems.
Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong leadership qualities focused on results.
Understanding of employee relationship management and performance evaluation techniques.
Experience in auditing.
