As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our home health branch, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new staff members
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely payment
  • Develop and implement staff training programs, including orientation, in-service education, and continuing education
  • Ensure appropriate staff supervision during all service hours
  • Meet with location leaders on a regular basis and participate in area meetings
  • Identify and implement opportunities for branch improvement in administrative functions
  • Review activity reports and performance data to measure compliance and goal achievement
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing home health care agencies
  • Manage hiring processes, including recruitment and selection
  • Monitor and improve daily payroll utilization, EVV utilization, and electronic documentation (EMR) utilization
  • Track compliance and manage unemployment claims and worker compensation
Requirements:
  • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of management experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand English
  • Ability to travel; company does not provide vehicles or transportation
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of 25 pounds
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
